At present we are launching an unique and fascinating automated cocktail dispensing system, called silexa cocktail jukebox. Looking back at an European installation base since now 5 years in more than 120 bars, the technology is mature and well proven. The permanent version is easily to integrate in existing bar counters, for more flexibility a mobile version is available which needs only power connection. Cooling and dispensing are running autarchic as well as glass washing (by hands).
Quality improvement and cost (loss) reduction are leading in nearly any scenario to return-on-investment periods between 4 and 9 months. The system eliminates the "unwritten" law, that every 4th cocktail doesn't count in your revenues with utmost high flexibility and individualization through the computer-based configuration & control.

B - beverage buffet, especially banquet- & ballrooms
Silexa's computer controlled flow control units, based on sophisticated sensorics, are easily to implement in existing beverage dispensing applications at your beverage buffet and/or banquet- & ballroom. Furthermore, we can supply you with beverage dispensing systems in various designs, if required. All running liquids in your serving processes - e. G. Beer, wine, water, coffee, soft drinks etc. - are monitored and counted in a controlling system which improves your inventory, material management, sales information and furthermore.
Beneath a tremendous simplifying of the cheque-/accounting procedures after ballroom events like congresses, weddings etc. Better inventory & control are leading to turnover increases of up to 30% with identical material inset.
